Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Expin is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Manager will oversee the acquisition and management of partner businesses, including restaurants, hotels, spas, and other venues, ensuring they achieve strong results from influencer collaborations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations and platform demos, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, providing feedback to marketing and product teams, and helping optimize offerings based on client and market insights. The Sales Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with company growth goals and deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales or account management, preferably within marketing, advertising, influencer, or digital platforms.
• Strong skills in client prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales tools to manage pipelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between on-site client visits in Dubai and remote work.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and the UAE hospitality or lifestyle market is highly desirable.
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
