Sales Manager APAC

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions. Overview We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive and grow our sales operations across the APAC region . This role focuses on expanding market presence, building client relationships, and increasing revenue within the crypto mining and blockchain space. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategy for the APAC region Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients Build and maintain relationships with key clients (miners, partners, blockchain companies) Manage and grow the regional sales pipeline Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, finance) Drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance Contribute to improving sales processes and customer experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales , including 3+ years in team management Experience in crypto / blockchain / mining / fintech is a strong plus Strong understanding of the APAC market Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition Skills : Leadership and team management Negotiation and relationship building Data-driven decision making Adaptability in fast-changing environments What we offer: Fully remote work from anywhere in the world with a flexible work schedule; 100% paid sick leave and vacation; Corporate pricing for company products and the opportunity to set up your own mining farm using EMCD's infrastructure.
