This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth in a specialized industrial market. What You'll Do Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Lead and support a network of sales agents and channel partners. Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Partner with marketing, product management, and global teams to support growth initiatives. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Represent Prysmian at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and sales reporting. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales experience. Experience in industrial manufacturing, electrical products, elevator/escalator systems, cable products, or related industries preferred. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing distributors, sales agents, or channel partners. Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics. Bachelor's degree preferred. Willingness to travel up to 60% throughout the U.S. and Canada. Why Prysmian?
