The portfolio includes more than sourced directly from Japan , ranging from pet food and treats to cat litter, puppy training pads, hygiene and grooming products, collars, harnesses, leashes, and innovative toys designed to support pets' health and wellbeing. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to build the company's offline retail business in the Czech Republic. You will be responsible for developing relationships with pet retailers and retail chains, introducing premium Japanese products to the Czech market, and driving long-term sales growth. Key Responsibilities Develop new business with independent pet stores and retail chains across the Czech Republic. Identify and acquire new customers. Build long-term relationships with retail partners. Present and promote the company's premium product portfolio. Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales opportunities. Travel regularly to customer meetings throughout the Czech Republic. Monitor market trends and provide customer and market feedback. Work closely with the international management team to execute the sales strategy. Requirements The ideal candidate has: Previous experience within the pet industry and sales. Existing relationships with Czech pet retailers or distributors. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and proactively. Excellent Czech language skills (native or fluent). Spoken English is an advantage. A valid driving license and willingness to travel. Passion for pets and premium-quality products.
