Be Challenged is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales and Marketing team. Internally known as our Team Development Support role, you'll play a critical part in helping us deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales growth.

About the Role

As our Team Development Support, you will provide administrative and coordination support across sales, marketing and client engagement activities.

You will help ensure enquiries are managed efficiently, client information is maintained accurately, sales proposals are produced professionally, and marketing activities stay on track.

This is a highly varied role that requires initiative, strong organisational skills and confidence working with business systems and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities – inclusive of, but not limited to:

Sales Support

• Manage enquiries received via phone, email and website.
• Enter and maintain client and lead information within Salesforce.
• Support the Sales Team with the preparation and coordination of sales proposals.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of sales collateral and supporting resources.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments with prospective and existing clients.
• Communicate with clients as directed by the Sales Team.

Marketing Support

• Assist with the delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Coordinate tasks associated with the annual marketing calendar.
• Support marketing administration and project coordination activities.
• Help maintain marketing assets, resources and systems.

Systems & Reporting

• Support the effective use of Salesforce and HubSpot across the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity within CRM systems.
• Generate reports, dashboards and other business insights as requested.
• Assist with process improvements and administrative efficiencies.

About You

You are someone who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to a busy team environment. You're proactive, take initiative and pride yourself on getting the details right.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a sales support, marketing coordinator, administration or customer service role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence using business systems and technology platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar (desirable).
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative and positive approach to working with others.
