Sales Operations Manager

Key responsibilities: Be a contact person for our customers with sales related and other inquiries, provide a high level of service. Support the Business Development function within the organization. Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management. Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to our key stakeholders. Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments. Additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations. Requirements: Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation. Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP would be an advantage) Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets. Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration.
