Sales Partner (Commission-Only) | Remote
Fully remote. 100% commission-only. No base salary.
We're looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to help bring new clients to Provel, a Dubai-based product design studio specializing in Web3 startups.
You'll sell premium design sprints to founders building DeFi, AI, NFT, infrastructure, and blockchain products. If you can source and close deals independently, you'll earn generous commissions with no earning cap.
Compensation
- 15–20% commission on every design sprint you close (paid when the client signs)
- 10% recurring commission on every monthly retainer for as long as the client stays
- No base salary (at this stage)
- No cap on earnings
- Typical deal size: $4,000–$15,000+

- Proven experience in B2B sales (agency, SaaS, consulting, or similar)
- Able to prospect and close deals independently
- Familiar with Web3 or willing to learn quickly
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
