Sales Planning Specialist

Main focus will be on enhancing sales volumes, understanding market dynamics, and ensuring an ambition & centered sales scenario to maximize value on sales & profit ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the model and zone & country sales volume planning within regions, build & develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the flow of vehicles, ensuring alignment with market demands and sales objectives. Work closely with Zones & Markets to gain insights into regional market dynamics. Build Market intelligence, digitalization across region. Collaborate on brands & finance aimed at maximizing sales throughput while maintaining equilibrium in the profit process. Drive back up of Sales planning Manager Education : Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Adm, Economics. Experience: +4 years of on automotive, preferable in sales/marketing/supply chain Required skills: Preferred Skills & Abilities: Strategic thinking, adaptability and communication Personal Traits: Ambitious, Creative, Compassionate Specialized Knowledge & Certifications: Prof. in MS Office and Power BI knowledge Language: C1 English
