Sales Progressor

FULLY REMOTE SALES PROGRESSOR | £50K–£55K OTE

Are you an experienced Sales Progressor or Property Negotiator looking for your next opportunity — with the freedom to work fully remotely?

We’re recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join a supportive and thriving team, with a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the sales progression journey from accepted offer right through to completion.

💰 £25,000–£30,000 basic + commission

💷 £50,000–£55,000 OTE

📍 Fully Remote

📅 Monday–Friday

⏰ 9am–6pm

Acting as the main point of contact and ensuring buyers, sellers, conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors are kept fully informed throughout.

You’ll have plenty of autonomy and responsibility, managing your own sales pipeline while ensuring every transaction progresses as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

🔑 What you'll be doing:

• Managing the full sales progression process from offer to completion

• Coordinating with all parties involved in each transaction

• Keeping clients and stakeholders updated throughout

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive sales files

• Handling all necessary administration

• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and professionally

👀 What we're looking for:

✔️ Previous experience as a Sales Progressor or Property Negotiator

✔️ Strong knowledge of the sales progression process

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔️ Highly organised with great attention to detail

✔️ A positive, proactive can-do attitude

✔️ Someone who thrives on responsibility and getting deals over the line!
