Sales Recruiter

We are expanding our global team and looking for a Sales Recruiter to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels, including targeted outreach where appropriate
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews, evaluating for role-specific competencies (e.g., proactive vs. reactive selling behavior, quantifiable track record)
• Coordinate multi-stage interview processes and keep candidates and hiring managers aligned on timelines
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data in Asana and HubSpot
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements, scorecards, and interview questions
• Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally with sales roles (SaaS, tech, or a similar fast-paced environment)
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills — able to assess for outcomes, not just experience
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking tools (Asana experience a plus)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience recruiting for international/remote teams is a strong plus
