Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers’ needs. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
