Sales Representative – European & Polish Market

Exemplary Voyages is a Sri Lanka-based Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in tailor-made holidays, leisure travel, luxury experiences, incentive groups, and special interest tours. We work with travel agents and tour operators around the world to create memorable travel experiences in Sri Lanka.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative based in Europe to promote Sri Lanka as a travel destination and develop new business opportunities for Exemplary Voyages.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EU & Polish travel trade.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other tourism partners.
• Promote Sri Lanka and the services offered by Exemplary Voyages.
• Conduct sales visits, online meetings, presentations, and training sessions with travel partners.
• Generate & follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Represent the company at travel exhibitions, roadshows, workshops, and networking events.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase business.
• Work closely with the Sri Lanka sales and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, market feedback, and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
• Fluency in Polish, other European languages, and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Knowledge of the Europe & Polish outbound travel market will be an advantage.
• An existing network of travel agents and tour operators in the EU & Poland is desirable.
• Knowledge of any additional European language (such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Czech, or another European language) will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
• Passion for travel and building long-term business relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the EU & Poland and attend international travel trade events when required.
