What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services.
- Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities using internal SalesForce systems and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to continuously improve the customer journey and business results.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum C1 level of Dutch and minimum B2 level of English - written and spoken.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-first mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and close sales.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SalesForce experience appreciated and digital tools.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a technology-enabled environment.
- Willingness to work in a contact center environment, in a hybrid setup.
