Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finnish Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Helsinki, Finland, with flexibility for remote work. The SDR will proactively engage with potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks involve contacting prospects, identifying business opportunities, managing outreach campaigns, and effectively conveying the value of SmartPulse's solutions to service businesses. This role also requires close collaboration with the sales and business development teams to ensure seamless lead handover and increased conversion rates.

Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development

Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying prospective clients

Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in Finnish and English

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Understanding of service-focused industries (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, or similar industries) is a plus

Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
