Location: Work from home (Pennsylvania) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: No Job Summary: Serves as an integral member of the team tasked with the dedicated support of Medicare and Medicaid Sales Operations/Administration. This position possesses knowledge of federal and state regulations and guidelines, assists with Medicare field sales operational support as well as broker operations and reporting. Assists with the development and implementation of assigned Medicare Sales projects Assists with operational support to brokerage firms and be an integral part of the Medicare Annual Enrollment Content Collection project. Job Duties: Assists in the development and implementation of sales programs and systems for Sales. Provides dedicated support for the scheduling automation system for the Medicare sales reps. Reviews the lead generation (home visit scheduling) daily for accuracy, serving as liaison between field sales reps and managers as needed. Assists with the development of reports for the Medicare and Medicaid lines of business. Provides operational support for various department projects. Assists with agent appointments and certifications. Sets up and maintains Sales and Marketing Ordering Portal for Medicare Sales. Coordinates and monitors licensing, renewals, certifications and continuing education of sales staff. Works closely sales team and other departments to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies/procedures. Assists sales managers with the annual sales readiness process, including but not limited to sales staff on-boarding, sales plans, benefits and sales systems training, securing license, certifications, marketing materials for field deployment.
