🚀 We're Hiring | Sales Support Administrator (Remote)

Are you passionate about Sales Operations and have experience supporting global sales teams? We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce CRM and Advanced Excel to join our remote team.

📍 Location: Remote (India)

💼 Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Support international Sales teams with quote processing, pricing, and discount approvals.
• Manage opportunities, accounts, and pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
• Monitor and respond to sales inquiries within defined SLAs.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and sales analytics using Advanced Excel.
• Conduct customer research and maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Review partner applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve sales-related issues.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards)
• Sales Support / Sales Operations
• Quote & Deal Management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
