The Sales Support Professional provides administrative, operational, and project support for the Reliance Call Center and Customer Success Team (CST). This role partners closely with leadership to support key business initiatives, workforce management activities, reporting, employee engagement programs, communications, and executive presentations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to operational excellence and a positive associate experience.
The Sales Support Professional supports day-to-day operations across the Reliance Call Center and Customer Success Team (CST), serving more than 130+ associates and leaders. This role coordinates projects, develops reports and presentations, supports workforce management initiatives, and assists leadership with strategic and operational priorities.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining recurring and ad hoc reports, analyzing operational performance metrics, supporting workforce management processes and call center performance tracking, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. The role also assists in the creation of executive-level presentations, business communications, leadership updates, and content for organizational initiatives.
Additionally, this position supports employee engagement efforts through the development and administration of contests, incentive programs, recognition initiatives, and team communications. The associate collaborates with leaders across multiple departments to support operational goals, process improvements, business readiness activities, training initiatives, and organizational projects.
The Sales Support Professional exercises independent judgment in prioritizing workload, identifying solutions, and supporting business needs while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic call center environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Preferred areas of study Business Administration, Communications, Operations, Human Resources, Project Management, Healthcare administrations or related field)
Minimum of 1+ years of experience supporting business operations, project coordination, reporting, workforce management, administrative support, or related functions
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams to create reports, presentations, documents, meeting materials, trackers, dashboards, or team communications
Experience preparing business reports, leadership presentations, meeting summaries, status updates, operational dashboards, performance scorecards, or KPI/metric tracking documents
Experience drafting professional emails, meeting notes, process documentation, presentations, reports, or stakeholder communications for internal teams, leaders, or business partners
Experience maintaining project timelines, tracking action items, coordinating meetings, managing calendars or deliverables, organizing documentation, and following up with stakeholders to meet deadlines
Experience independently managing multiple tasks, requests, deadlines, projects, or workstreams while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks
Experience reviewing data, identifying trends, resolving operational issues, improving processes, creating recommendations, or supporting root-cause analysis
Experience supporting or communicating with managers, directors, senior leaders, cross-functional teams, business partners, or operational stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting call center, customer service, sales, or healthcare operations
Experience coordinating associate engagement, recognition, or incentive programs
Experience working with Salesforce, reporting tools, or workforce management platforms
Healthcare, Medicare, or insurance industry experience preferred

Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$53,700 - $72,600 per year
