This role is essential for ensuring smooth order processing, supporting patient care, and driving account growth. Reports To: Director of Digital Ordering Responsibilities and Duties: • Support the Sales Team by collecting and submitting documentation for pending patient orders. • Be accessible for referrals to help work through any patient care challenges. • Learn and understand the required information and documentation needed to proceed with patient orders. • Manage escalations sent by the Sales Team. • Work with referral source staff to ensure documentation is obtained, complete, and accurate. • Work within EMR systems to obtain needed documentation to complete orders. • Review cancelled orders and identify opportunities to recover and complete orders. • Identify trends and report them to the Sales Team for referral education. • Submit documentation to the Customer Service Department for processing in a timely manner. • Support and grow digital ordering. • Perform other related duties as directed. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalent. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience. • Ability to work with Excel. • Excellent communication and customer relations skills. • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. • Ability to work autonomously. • Previous experience in referral intake and/or medical billing is preferred.
