Sales Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team remotely from Istanbul, Turkey. This role plays a key part in supporting sales operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
• Follow up on payments and support accounts receivable (AR) collections
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Maintain customer records and handle sales documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfilment and resolve any issues

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
• Industry experience in Pulp & paper, Packaging, or International Trade preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); SAP experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Professional fluency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken)

• This is a remote position offered under an independent contractor agreement
