Sales Support Specialist

We're looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team with lead management, customer follow-ups, sales coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can keep sales activities organized, maintain accurate records, and ensure that leads and customer inquiries are followed up promptly. Key Responsibilities Respond to prospective and existing customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other approved channels. Follow up with leads and customers based on agreed timelines. Assist with lead qualification and endorse qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team member. Schedule sales calls, consultations, or product demonstrations when required. Maintain accurate and updated customer, lead, and sales activity records. Monitor pending leads and follow-up activities to ensure opportunities are not missed. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, reports, and other supporting materials. Assist with order processing and customer account coordination where applicable. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and complete sales requirements. Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team. Prepare regular reports on lead activity, follow-ups, conversion progress, and sales results. Qualifications Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, or a related role. Strong verbal English communication skills. Comfortable speaking with prospective and existing customers. Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and online communication tools. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Experience supporting a sales team is an advantage.
