Efficiently handle data entry tasks, including customer information, orders and documents related to orders and various updates. Independently handle routine customer inquiries, direct complex issues to the appropriate team members, as well as to coordinate necessary information for the team. Prepare and organize necessary documentation for sales transactions and operations history records. Assist and support Sales Team in handling different administrative tasks and reports. Coordinate information regarding orders, product deliveries, reporting etc. within the company and the customers. Fluency in Latvian, English, and at least one additional European Union language (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish, German, or another EU language) is mandatory.* At least 2 years experience in administrative, Sales or Customer Support roles. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, by keeping focus and attention to details. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using of different systems, for example MS Office, Bitrix24 CRM, Microsoft Axapta etc., to track customer information, product offer and order information, sales activities and follow ups.
