Wiedenbach-Brown, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team. Job Type: Full-time; Remote Key Responsibilities: Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email. Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers. Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers. Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area. Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks. Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures. Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits. Other duties assigned by the manager.
