🚀 We're Hiring: Sales Trainer and Team Lead (Remote, Philippines-based)

EverPro Solutions LLC is looking for a Sales Trainer and Team Lead who lives and breathes coaching, someone who can turn new hires into confident, high-performing closers.

This isn't a management role from day one. It's about building phenomenal sales agents through hands-on training, structured coaching, and relentless skill development. Leadership responsibilities will grow over time, with full support and mentorship along the way.

🌟 What you'll do:

• Design and run training programs for new and existing SDRs

• Coach reps 1:1 on objection handling, qualification, and call transfers

• Build training materials, scripts, and playbooks from scratch

• Run live call reviews and roleplay sessions to sharpen agent skills

• Train and coach SDRs across different cultures and nationalities, adapting your approach for a multicultural, multinational team

💼 What we're looking for:

• Proven experience training and developing sales agents

• A track record of measurably improving rep performance through coaching

• A strong communicator who can teach complex skills clearly and patiently

• Sales background is a plus, but training ability is the top priority

💰 Compensation:

• ₱40,000 – ₱44,000 per month

• Performance bonus paid monthly, tied to Bonus Metrics set by our Management Team
