Salesforce Admin at BairesDev

As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the system to ensure seamless user management and data integrity.

What You'll Do

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to reflect organizational workflows.
• Design and implement advanced automation solutions using Salesforce flows and validation rules to streamline business processes.
• Manage user lifecycle and security, including the setup of profiles, roles, permission sets, and organization-wide defaults.
• Oversee data management activities such as data imports, cleansing, and regular audits to maintain high accuracy and reliability.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into key business metrics and performance.
• Facilitate platform integrations and support users through troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous system improvements.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM-focused role.
• Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Proficiency in building and managing Salesforce flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Hands-on experience with data management, security protocols, and platform integrations.
• Strong background in optimizing Salesforce to meet business requirements and improve user efficiency.
