Job Desciption

• :Hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience is mandatory. The role requires an Individual Contributor (IC) with strong implementation expertise
• .4+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin/Developer/Consultant) with at least 1 end-to-end Agentforce implementation and 1+ year of hands-on Agentforce or Einstein Copilot experience
• .Strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, including Agent Studio, Topics, Instructions, Actions (TIA), Prompt Builder, and AI Agent Orchestration
• .Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs, and custom Agentforce action integrations
• .Solid knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, data ingestion, Data Library, vector search, grounding, and retrieval optimization
• .Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (AI-201) with experience in Einstein Trust Layer, AI Governance, and secure deployment of AI agents
• .Candidates must be immediately available for interviews

• .Contract duration has been extended from 6 months to 1 year
