Salesforce Business Analyst – German Speaking

Location: Germany – Remote

Contract: Long-term B2B contract

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a long-term Salesforce transformation programme in Germany.

You will act as the link between business stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team, gathering requirements, analysing business processes and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements
• Translate complex business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• Map current and future-state business processes
• Produce process flows, system diagrams and detailed project documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Work closely with Salesforce Consultants, Developers, Architects and Product Owners
• Support Salesforce configuration, automation and solution design
• Manage and refine requirements throughout the full project lifecycle
• Perform manual system testing, functional testing and quality assurance
• Support UAT planning, execution and defect management
• Prepare end-user training materials and facilitate training sessions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Use Jira or similar tools to manage requirements and delivery progress
• Mentor junior colleagues and help guide wider team activities
• Identify opportunities to use GenAI to improve business and technical processes

Essential Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects across the full lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, features, workflows and automation
• Excellent requirements-gathering and business-process analysis skills
• Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and process flows
• Experience with Salesforce data management, transformation and updates
• Hands-on manual testing, UAT and quality assurance experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience presenting solutions and delivering user training
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
• Fluent German and English, both at minimum B2 level
• Based in Germany and able to work on a B2B contract

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications
