Job Description Requirements Analysis. Design and implement functional solutions in projects. Provide effort estimations for projects. Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to the fulfillment of project objectives. Analyze and improve application performance. Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project. Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements. Comply with the agreed software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management. Generate functional documentation for completed projects. Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge. Requirements & Experience Languages (Mandatory): Full professional proficiency in English is required (capable of driving business conversations and fluent written/spoken communication). Salesforce Core Expertise: +2 years of proven experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles. Multi-Cloud Experience: Strong hands-on experience working with different Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Communication & Interlocution: Proven capability to act as a functional liaison between clients and cross-functional technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
