Salesforce Consultant

Job Description

Position: Salesforce consultant (for a major Japanese enterprise.)

Project Scope

• Implement Salesforce Service Cloud within an existing Sales Cloud environment.
• Expected user base: several hundred users.
• Build a case management process where customer inquiries submitted through an external web form are received via email and managed within Service Cloud.
• Client will initially lead the requirements definition phase, and the selected consultant/Engineer is expected to support the latter part of requirements gathering and continue through design and implementation.

Required Skills

• Requirements definition of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce implementation experience.
• Customer-facing requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Service Cloud case management design and implementation experience.
• Integration of knowledge between Salesforce and external systems.
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support experience.

Language Requirement: Native-level Japanese.

• Location: Primarily remote, with occasional customer meetings in Tokyo if required.
