Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce platform tools. Build and enhance custom Salesforce functionality for internal users, partners, and customer-facing business processes. Contribute to Salesforce Experience Cloud or Communities development, including partner portal features and workflow improvements. Support development related to multi-offer presentation workflows and automated document intake or collection processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable Salesforce solutions. Maintain and improve existing Salesforce customizations, integrations, automations, and user experiences. Follow Salesforce development best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation. Troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues and support continuous improvements. Requirements 4+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong professional experience as a Salesforce Developer. Advanced hands-on experience with Apex. Proven experience building user interfaces and custom functionality with Lightning Web Components. Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data models, security, automation, and customization capabilities. Experience developing, enhancing, or maintaining Salesforce-based business workflows. Familiarity with Salesforce deployment practices, sandbox environments, change sets, DevOps tools, or similar release processes. Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions. Strong preference for candidates with direct Apex and Lightning Web Components experience in production Salesforce environments. Nice to Have Experience in financial services, lending, financing, loan origination, merchant cash advance, credit products, Salesforce Experience Cloud, partner portals, document automation, Salesforce integrations, or third-party financial systems.
