Job Description Position: Salesforce Developer ​ Experience: 4–6 Years Location: Sadashiv Peth, Pune (Remote / WFO / Hybrid – Client Dependent) Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Salesforce Technical Lead / Manager Job Summary Hiring a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Copado. Candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and CI/CD processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce. Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ solutions. Configure Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes. Handle CPQ configurations, pricing rules, product bundles, and quote generation. Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events. Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Copado. Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile projects. Required Skills 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience. Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL. Experience in Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Marketing & CPQ. Hands-on experience with Copado or Salesforce DevOps tools. Knowledge of API integrations and deployment automation. Understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning. Experience with Git/version control tools. Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
