Job Description This is a remote position. Salesforce Developer Position: Remote (USA) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced 9+ years Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in OmniStudio, Omni-Channel, Salesforce development, integrations, AI, and CI/CD . Preferred Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Industries/OmniStudio Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce AI/Agentforce certifications Industry Telecommunications / Media experience Mandatory. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle: requirements gathering, technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations . Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Omni-Channel , including configuration, development, and implementation. Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components , including OmniScript, DataRaptor, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures. Experience with Omni-Channel routing, queues, skills-based routing, presence/status configuration, and agent workload management . Good knowledge of Apex, OOP, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Salesforce design patterns. Experience with Salesforce configuration, security, automation, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Reports, and Dashboards. Strong experience designing and developing REST API integrations using MuleSoft, Kafka, or other event-driven integration platforms. Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or AI technologies , including AI-powered agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI automation, or integration of AI services with Salesforce. Understanding of responsible AI practices, AI security, data grounding, and Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus. Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Experience establishing CI/CD and Salesforce deployment pipelines using Git, Copado, or similar tools. Proficiency with Jira, Git, VS Code , and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, performance optimization, governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous Apex. Experience supporting Salesforce production environments and resolving complex technical issues. Strong communication, problem-solving, architecture, and collaboration skills.
