Salesforce Developer (Australia Only)

Location: Australia (no international consideration). Canberra (ACT), Geelong/Melbourne (VIC), Brisbane (QLD), Surry Hills (NSW)

Citizenship: Australian Citizens only

Clearance: Baseline minimum

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (office with flexible remote arrangements)

Our Client is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to join their team and help deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions, including AI-enabled development capabilities using Claude Code.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs and Salesforce Platform Events.
• Develop solutions using Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio, including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Work with source control and DevOps tools including GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and VS Code.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly with Vlocity/OmniStudio.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
• Knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and frameworks.
• Experience with source control, package-based development, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Salesforce Governor Limits.
• Passion for accessible and inclusive design and development.

Highly Desirable

• Delivery of 3+ Salesforce CRM projects using Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and OmniStudio Developer.
• Experience with AI configuration and customisation within Salesforce environments.
