  • Debug complex issues that span multiple systems, involve intricate business logic, or require low-level troubleshooting.
  • Provide escalated technical support to internal users across various product categories, resolving issues according to established procedures.
  • Assist sales agents and sales managers as needed to ensure smooth CRM operations.
  • Work across departments to oversee process progress and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Share knowledge within the team through mentorship, coaching, technical talks, and written content.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach CRM administrators and engineers to strengthen the team's capabilities and support career growth.
  • Propose and lead process improvement initiatives related to development, deployment, or application monitoring.
  • Complete other assigned duties as requested to support the team and organizational objectives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that support team development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively across internal partners including Engineering, Product, Admin, and Business teams.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and consistently follow through.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to design effective business solutions.
