Salesforce Engineers - Vietnam

Alongside partners with organizations across Europe to drive digital transformation and build high-performing technology teams. We are currently expanding our Salesforce practice and looking to connect with Salesforce Engineers, Consultants and Administrators based in Vietnam who are interested in remote international opportunities. We are open to different seniority levels, from Junior to Senior, and to different collaboration models, including permanent, contractor and freelance opportunities, depending on the project. This is an opportunity to work on international Salesforce projects, supporting European clients in platform development, configuration, automation, integrations and implementation activities. Responsibilities Depending on your background and seniority, responsibilities may include: Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows Configure Salesforce clouds and platform features according to business requirements Support implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce modules Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Design and implement automation, workflows, validation rules and platform customizations Collaborate with international teams, including developers, consultants, architects and business stakeholders Participate in requirements analysis, technical discussions and solution design Support testing, debugging, deployment and documentation activities Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards and scalable platform design Previous professional experience with Salesforce Experience with at least one Salesforce cloud or module, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ or similar Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, automation or platform customization For developer profiles: experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Salesforce APIs Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model and deployment lifecycle Ability to work remotely with international teams Good level of English, both written and spoken Availability to work with overlap with CET time zone Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and project experience Nice to Have Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II Experience in international or enterprise Salesforce projects Experience with Agile delivery environments Experience with integrations, middleware or API-based architectures Previous experience working with European clients Consulting or client-facing experience Remote collaboration International project exposure Flexible engagement model Opportunity to work with European clients Long-term collaboration potential
