The Role

We're hiring a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our delivery team. This is a hands-on, client-facing consulting role — you'll own configuration and light development across multiple client orgs simultaneously, translate business requirements into working solutions, and represent RedPoint directly with our clients. You should be comfortable context-switching between customers, managing your own workload, and communicating clearly in English throughout the day.

This is a remote role for a candidate based in Latin America. Working hours are expected to line up +/- 1 hour with EST.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce across multiple client orgs, spanning at minimum Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Design and build automation with Flow, Apex, or similar automation tools to meet client business requirements
• Own the data model, security model, and configuration on your assigned engagements
• Participate in client-facing calls: requirements gathering, demos, status updates, and troubleshooting
• Document solutions and configuration decisions for internal and client-facing purposes
• Collaborate with US-based delivery, architecture, and sales staff across engagements
• Where needed, extend the platform with Apex or Lightning Web Components

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of total Salesforce experience across consulting, admin, developer, or BA roles
• 4+ years of client-facing consulting experience specifically, with ownership over project quality and delivery
• Strong Flow skills — comfortable designing and building complex automations
• Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Unquestionable mastery and command of the core Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration
• Proven experience building trust, fostering relationships, and maintaining delivery momentum in a client-facing role
• Experience supporting multiple orgs for multiple customers at the same time
• Prior experience at a Salesforce consulting partner
• C1 or C2 level English (written and spoken)
• Salesforce Administrator certification, plus some combination of the following (or other relevant Salesforce certifications): Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist (Pardot), Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apex or Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing products (Marketing Cloud Engagement, Account Engagement / Pardot, Marketing Cloud Next)
• Experience implementing and configuring AppExchange apps
• Experience in or exposure to the construction or manufacturing industries
