Salesforce Integration Engineer (Contract)

Overview: Stafford Gray is seeking a Salesforce Integration Engineer for a contract engagement supporting the State of Michigan. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems used across state agencies. This is a hybrid role based in Lansing, MI. Responsibilities: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, ETL pipelines) Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, and Lightning components Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and system conflicts Document integration architecture, data flows, and technical specifications Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities across environments
