Type : Fulltime Mode : Remote(PAN INDIA) Notice Period : 15days Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Salesforce Omnistudio, along with strong leadership and mentorship abilities. As the Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce Omnistudio projects. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce Omnistudio projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements, define technical solutions, and establish project timelines and deliverables. Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce Omnistudio solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients and align with industry best practices and standards. Design and develop custom Salesforce Omnistudio applications, components, integrations, and automation solutions to address business requirements and enhance user experience. Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support and maintenance. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA testers, business analysts, and system administrators to ensure the reliability, stability, and quality of developed solutions. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, tools, and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Salesforce Omnistudio . Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Lightning Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and platform capabilities. Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
