Lead a Strategic Salesforce Transformation

We are partnering with a leading organisation embarking on a major Salesforce transformation and are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery.

This is a high-impact role where you will help shape how Salesforce is used across the organisation to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner for Salesforce, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing competing business and user needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, operations, and IT teams to define requirements and translate them into clear user stories
• Guide delivery teams across Salesforce functionality covering the end-to-end customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, service, retention, and growth)
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business value and ROI
• Drive adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce across the organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Salesforce Product Manager
• Strong hands-on experience across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
• Strong background in requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in complex or multi-stakeholder environments
• Salesforce certifications are desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills in English
