We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Technical Lead
Seniority: +5 years
Type of position: Hybrid (in Lisbon, Portugal)
The amazing you, will have:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, leading Salesforce development teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Core, particularly Service Cloud.
- Experience managing deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including advanced bug investigation and resolution.
- Experience reviewing and approving pull requests and ensuring development quality and standards.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor developers, supporting their technical growth.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development standards, governance and best practices.
- Experience working within multi-country Salesforce organisations and supporting large-scale rollouts.
- Ability to assess technical options and make informed long-term technical trade-offs, favouring low-code solutions where appropriate.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Availability to work from the office at least once per week.

- Experience working directly with Salesforce Support and managing escalated cases.
- Experience leading distributed or international Salesforce teams.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce transformation or rollout programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience establishing or improving development governance and quality standards.
