What awaits you Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP backend solutions on SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA systems Develop and expose OData services and REST-based APIs for integration with SAP and non-SAP systems Implement and enhance custom ABAP developments to support complex business processes Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust backend solutions Ensure high code quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization Work in an agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP backend architectures What should you bring along University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong hands-on experience with ABAP, including ABAP Objects (OO) and BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancements Solid experience with OData services (design, implementation, and consumption) Experience with REST APIs, including integration with non-SAP systems Strong knowledge of SAP backend systems (SAP ERP R/3 and/or SAP S/4HANA) Experience with custom developments in SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP, or WM Good understanding of CDS Views and efficient data modeling Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD concepts Experience working with production-critical SAP systems Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Experience with SAP authorization concepts (authentication and authorization) German communication skills will be a plus What do we offer?
