Hiring: Lead Architect – AMS Project

We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to provide architectural governance and oversight across a major AMS environment.

The successful candidate will ensure that solutions are consistent, scalable and aligned with agreed architectural standards. They will work closely with technical teams, service delivery, business stakeholders and third-party partners to govern key design decisions across the production landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide architectural oversight across the AMS and production environment

• Define and maintain architecture principles, standards and design guidelines

• Review and approve solution designs and technical changes

• Ensure consistency across applications, integrations and platforms

• Govern architectural decisions and manage design exceptions

• Identify technical risks, dependencies and areas of architectural debt

• Support production stability, scalability, security and performance

• Coordinate with technical leads, delivery teams and external suppliers

• Contribute to technology roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure solutions remain aligned with business and operational requirements

Required experience:

• Strong experience as a Lead Architect, Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect

• Previous experience within an AMS, managed services or production support environment

• Strong background in architecture governance and solution design assurance

• Experience working across complex enterprise application landscapes

• Ability to review technical designs and challenge proposed solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience coordinating internal teams and external service providers

• Fluent English communication skills

• Based in Poland and able to work remotely

Experience within SAP or other large enterprise application environments would be highly

beneficial.

This is a critical position with an immediate requirement. Internal candidates are preferred, although strong external profiles will also be considered.
