We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP / Fiori Support Consultant to provide L2 support for SAP BTP, Fiori, Portal, and Custom UI applications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SAP BTP, Fiori, Portal, and custom UI applications.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to:
• SAP UI5 applications
• Fiori Launchpad
• Tiles, Apps, Catalogs, Spaces & Pages
• OData / Gateway services
• CAP Java services
• BTP Destinations & Connectivity
• HTML5 Repository applications
• SAP Build Work Zone
• Cloud Logging & Monitoring
• Identity and Access dependencies
• External application integrations
• Perform browser debugging, application log analysis, issue reproduction, and root-cause analysis.
• Classify issues as frontend defects, backend/OData dependencies, authorization issues, connectivity problems, BTP service issues, integration failures, data issues, configuration dependencies, or new requirements.
• Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, Security, CPI/API, Integration, MM, PP/QM, FI/AP, Release, Testing, and Functional teams.
• Support application monitoring, smoke testing, regression testing, and deployment verification.
• Maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Escalate complex platform, code, design, or integration issues to L3/Product teams.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in SAP BTP, Fiori, UI5, or SAP Cloud Application Support.
• Minimum 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA Fiori/BTP operations support.
• Strong hands-on experience in L2/AMS support and incident resolution.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SAP BTP
• SAP Fiori / SAP UI5
• Fiori Launchpad
• OData / Gateway
• BTP Subaccounts
• CAP Java
• HTML5 Repository
• SAP Build Work Zone
• BTP Destinations & Connectivity
• Cloud Logging & Monitoring
• Application Log Analysis
• Experience with browser debugging and troubleshooting UI/application issues.
• Strong incident triage, root-cause analysis, service validation, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an ITIL-aligned support environment.
