This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). The Opportunity TELUS Digital is seeking an experienced SAP Technical lead to join our team. As an SAP Technical Lead , you will be responsible for performing SAP technical administration, monitoring, troubleshooting integration issues, controlling transport movements, overseeing quarterly technical upgrades, and overseeing identity and access management activities. You will leverage your strong skills in SAP Public Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve technical issues in the SAP system and integrated third-party systems such as Salesforce, Replicon, and SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities Perform SAP technical administration tasks, including system configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP and third-party systems, such as Salesforce, Replicon, and SAP SuccessFactors. Monitor system interfaces and integration points, ensuring smooth data flow and resolving any data inconsistencies or errors. Control transport movements, including transporting SAP objects across different system landscapes and ensuring proper release management processes. Lead technical upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the upgrade activities. Perform system maintenance tasks, such as applying SAP notes, implementing support packs, and maintaining system documentation. Design and implement security measures, including role-based access controls and user authorization setup. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in the SAP system and integrated third-party systems, using your deep technical knowledge in SAP Public Cloud and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, integration setup, and troubleshooting procedures. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and advancements, identifying opportunities for system optimization and improvement. Skills 7+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant or similar role. Strong skills in SAP technical administration, including system configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning. Deep technical knowledge in SAP Public Cloud and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Experience troubleshooting integration issues between SAP and third-party systems. Proven ability to control transport movements and manage release management processes. Experience leading technical upgrades and system patching activities. Proficient in SAP security and role setup, including role-based access controls and user authorization. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Experience with integrated third-party systems such as Salesforce.com , Replicon, and SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent experience..
