SAP Cutover Support MM with PEO/PLMSI

Job Description This is a remote position. SAP Cutover Support MM with PEO/PLMSI 12 months+ Work delivery location (City) Orlando, FL Description: *US Citizenship and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience required* Role Summary -ITBA - Cutover Support plans, coordinates, and executes master data and transactional cutover activities for Material Master and related objects within PEO, PLMSI, and MM, supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations and go-lives - this role bridges business owners and technical teams to ensure data is migrated, validated, and reconciled so production and logistics continue without disruption Key Responsibilities -Cutover Planning & Strategy: develop cutover strategies and detailed plans for Material Master and related data (vendor, PIRs, BOMs, routings) - define scope, sequencing, and dependencies for loading organizational, PLM-integrated, and open transactional data -Data Migration & Validation: lead data identification, cleansing, mapping, and transformation from legacy systems to SAP - prepare upload templates and migration tools (LSMW, BAPIs, MDG) - execute mock loads and perform data validation and reconciliation -Cutover Execution & Go-Live Support: orchestrate final cutover activities for Material Master and open MM transactions (POs, PRs, GR/IR, stock balances) - ensure required views and objects are loaded before go-live - provide hands-on post-go-live support to resolve data and process issues -Integration with PEO & PLMSI: partner with PEO and PLMSI teams to synchronize product structures, routings, and engineering releases with Material Master during cutover - resolve interface and integration defects -Testing, Documentation & Governance: define and execute test scenarios covering Material Master usage across MM, PEO, PLMSI, and MDG - author functional specifications, cutover runbooks, and validation scripts -Stakeholder Communication & Risk Management: act as primary cutover contact for Material Master and MM objects - identify risks, propose mitigations, and support go/no-go decisions with clear status reporting Required Qualifications -SAP & Cutover Expertise: strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM and Material Master processes - experience in SAP cutover/data migration (Material Master, vendor master, PIRs, BOMs, routings, stock balances) - familiarity with PEO and PLMSI concepts -IT Business Analysis Skills: experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and writing functional specs - strong skills in test planning, execution, and defect resolution - ability to analyze and reconcile data discrepancies -General Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP MM, master data, or cutover projects as a business analyst or functional consultant
