Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: SAP EWM Experience: 5+ years Focus: SAP S/4HANA EWM & Supply Chain Management English: Fluent We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Private and Public Editions . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Extended Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management, with proven experience supporting business-critical processes, resolving complex issues, and working within defined SLAs. The role requires a technically strong professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, and provide guidance and knowledge sharing to other team members. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP EWM solutions within S/4HANA environments. Work with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition and Public Edition , supporting warehouse and supply chain processes. Analyze and resolve production issues using ticketing systems, IRT processes, and SLA requirements . Identify root causes of technical and functional issues and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and resolve complex EWM issues. Translate technical concepts and solutions into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders. Participate in solution improvements, process optimization, and continuous support activities. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to other team members. Proactively identify potential issues and recommend improvements to system stability and performance. Mandatory Technical Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition , with a strong focus on EWM and Supply Chain Management . 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Edition EWM . Strong understanding of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes and integration with Supply Chain Management. Experience supporting SAP EWM in production environments . Strong experience with incident, ticket, IRT, and SLA-based support processes . Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis . Experience working directly with business users and cross-functional technical teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a support environment. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA EWM certification – Public or Private Edition. Experience with SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, or major enhancements. Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or training to other team members. Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain business processes. Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. Professional Skills Fluent English , both spoken and written. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to take ownership of issues from initial analysis through resolution. Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills.
