SAP FI Test Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for an SAP Finance professional to support a project focused on the testing and documentation of functionalities within the FI Report-to-Record (R2R) area . The activities will cover both a new SAP S/4HANA landscape and a legacy SAP ERP environment . The role is suitable for less senior professionals as well, provided they have relevant R2R experience. The position is fully remote and offered on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: Execute predefined test scripts and unit testing activities within SAP Finance processes, including: General Ledger & Intercompany Asset Accounting Tax Reporting Banking FI Master Data Record and maintain test results, deviations, observations, and test evidence in designated repositories such as SharePoint, SAP Solution Manager, and Microsoft Teams . Coordinate testing activities and provide progress updates to relevant project stakeholders. Document test-related actions, findings, and follow-up items. Review project documentation against predefined quality and documentation standards. Maintain documentation and testing records in SAP Solution Manager and Azure DevOps . Prepare testing status updates and documentation quality summaries. Perform documentation reviews related to governance, audit, and compliance requirements . Track identified findings and follow-up actions in accordance with project procedures. Prepare comprehensive documentation of testing activities and results for customer review and approval. Requirements: Hands-on experience with SAP Finance . Experience with Report-to-Record (R2R) is a must-have . Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP ERP FI . Experience with testing and documentation activities in SAP environments. Good command of English . Ability to work independently in a remote project environment. Advantages: Experience with SAP Solution Manager testing and documentation functionalities. Experience with Azure DevOps . Experience with Microsoft Office 365 . Knowledge of German . Experience in governance, audit, or compliance-related documentation. Previous experience working in international or nearshore project environments.
