🚀 We're Hiring: SAP FICO Consultant | International Rollout Project

We're looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a major international SAP rollout programme, supporting deployments across Spain, Portugal, Finland and Sweden.

📍 Preferred Location: Spain

🌍 Work Model: Primarily remote, with occasional travel during key project phases

📅 Start Date: ASAP

📆 Duration: Until 28 February 2027

⏱️ Workload: 80% (4 days per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a global implementation programme, working within an international team to deliver SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end rollout of SAP FICO across Spain, Portugal, Finland and Sweden.
• Configure and customise SAP FICO processes in line with business and local legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP ERP streams.
• Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from design and configuration through testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support issue resolution, testing activities and go-live preparations.
• Work closely with local business stakeholders to ensure compliance with country-specific financial and statutory requirements.

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 5 years' experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

✅ Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations or international rollout projects.

✅ Strong experience with SAP FICO configuration and customisation.

✅ Hands-on experience with Spanish and Portuguese localisations, including legal and statutory requirements (experience working with customers in both countries is essential).

✅ Good understanding of SAP integration with related business processes, including:

• Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
• DTS and other SAP ERP streams

✅ Experience working across the full project lifecycle.

✅ Basic ABAP knowledge is considered an advantage.

• 🇬🇧 Fluent English (mandatory)
• 🇪🇸 Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
• 🇵🇹 Portuguese is a strong advantage
