The Opportunity Experience Range: 4 - 8 yrs The Impact You’ll Make As a Senior Consultant, you won’t just be managing modules—you will be the ultimate financial systems architect. You will leverage your deep, end-to-end expertise across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA to lead complex integrations of disparate ERP systems. Your comprehensive knowledge of the entire FICO spectrum, combined with a strong mastery of financial Master Data, will ensure our financial landscape is unified, robust, and future-ready. What You’ll Do ERP Integration & Architecture: Lead and support the seamless integration of various third-party and legacy ERP systems with our SAP landscape (both ECC and S/4HANA environments). Full-Suite FICO Mastery: Act as the ultimate subject matter expert (SME) for all things SAP FI and CO . You will take full ownership of configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization across FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis). Data Governance & Migration: Design and maintain robust Master Data strategies to ensure total consistency, accuracy, and flawless data migration across diverse integrated environments. Problem Solving & Query Resolution: Be the go-to technical and functional expert to resolve complex queries, debug cross-module integration errors, and refine complex financial workflows. Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects to translate end-to-end financial business needs into scalable IT solutions. What You Bring to the Table Dual Engine Expertise: Extensive hands-on configuration experience across the complete lifecycle of both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance. Complete FICO Knowledge: * FI (Financial Accounting): Deep practical understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Ledger/Treasury. CO (Controlling): Strong expertise in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Integration Track Record: Proven experience connecting full-suite SAP FICO with external, non-SAP ERP systems using APIs, IDocs, and middleware. Master Data Champion: Strong expertise in managing SAP Master Data objects (Customer, Vendor, G/L accounts, Cost Elements) and executing complex data migrations. Analytical Thinker: Exceptional ability to write, analyze, and optimize SQL/SAP queries to troubleshoot system behaviors and ensure data reconciliation. Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex technical SAP architectures in simple, business-friendly language. Great-to-Haves SAP S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting Certification. Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) or large-scale transformation projects. Familiarity with agile project delivery methodologies.
