SAP Finance Control (FICO) Consultant (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their business requirements
• Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions
• Design solutions that meets clients' need and secure their buy-in
• Develop, test and ensure client adoption of delivered solution
• Identify risks/issues, escalate and provide counter measures to mitigate impact to project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration with other modules/systems.
• Perform assigned duty and ensure deliverables/responses are provided in a timely and professional manner
• Coach/lead junior consultants

Requirements:

• Min 4 years of relevant SAP FI or CO project experience
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is desirable
• At least 1 full cycle SAP FI or CO implementation project experience
• Experience in at least 2 sub modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Interface, CCA & PCA, PA, PC, etc.)
• Good understanding of integration with other core modules, e.g. Sales, SCM,etc
• Strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
• Familiar with project methodology and tools
• Team player in a culturally diversified environment
• Willing to learn/cross train to keep abreast of technology trends
• Able to work independently and escalate when necessary
