About the Role

As an SAP Functional Consultant, you will drive the analysis, design, and execution of enterprise solutions for key local and global clients. Beyond core technical delivery, foundational hires in this new hub will actively shape operational standards, mentor future team members, partner with executive leadership, and fast-track their path to leadership.

Actively hiring experienced specialists across four core streams: SAP FICO, SAP SF-HCM, SAP PP/DM, and SAP EWM.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will focus primarily on their core module expertise while ensuring seamless cross-functional integration.

SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO)

• Configure core FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Product Costing) sub-modules to match complex business requirements.
• Lead solution design workshops, author functional specifications, and manage integrations between S/4HANA Finance and cross-functional modules (MM, SD).
• Optimize financial closing processes and ensure local regulatory and tax compliance.

SAP SuccessFactors & HCM (SF-HCM)

• Configure and support SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding) and core HCM architectures.
• Drive HR process automation and build seamless integrations between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA / Core ERP.
• Maintain workforce data structures, role permissions, and compliance with local labor laws.

SAP Production Planning & Digital Manufacturing (PP / DM)

• Manage shop-floor execution, Demand Management, MRP, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Work Centers.
• Integrate Production Planning with execution/manufacturing systems (SAP DM / MES) for real-time shop-floor visibility and material staging.
• Optimize capacity planning, production scheduling, and order-release workflows.

SAP Early Warning System & Exception Management (EWM)

• Configure and maintain SAP EWM core processes, including inbound receiving, outbound delivery execution, internal stock transfers, and physical inventory workflows.
• Establish warehouse KPIs, wave management rules, and exception handling protocols to optimize bin placement, picking paths, and stock replenishment.
• Analyze warehouse task execution and operational trends to proactively resolve bottlenecks, improve resource utilization, and ensure on-time delivery.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on functional configuration and consulting experience in at least one primary SAP module listed above
• Implementation Track Record: Proven experience with 1–2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations (blueprint to go-live) or major global rollouts
• S/4HANA & Integration: Strong understanding of S/4HANA environment and cross-module integration points (e.g., PP-MM, FI-SD, HCM-FI)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Languages: Professional fluency in spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• Background or domain expertise within the manufacturing/industrial sector
• Prior experience within a Tier-1 SAP consultancy
• Official SAP Certification in your primary functional area

What’s In It for You?

€2,800 – €4,500 Gross / Month depending on experience. Fully remote working model to start, transitioning to hybrid working (50% from home, 50% in office) starting January 1st, 2027, in their brand-new offices in Omonoia, Athens.
